- Evaluating, writing, and implementing plans for employment, HIPAA, and Billing and Reimbursement policies.
- Understanding the employer's responsibilities regarding overtime, exempt employees, worker compensation, and ERISA issues.
- Training others.
- Monitoring and record-keeping information and tools for compliance.
- Performing or coordinating billing and reimbursement and HIPAA audits.

- The Healthcare Organization and Medical Office Compliance Program Guide textbook, valued at $377.00, plus one year of free updates!
- Additional handouts including training and auditing tools, sample letters and forms, pertinent articles, and more.

Cancellation refunds less a $250.00 administrative fee will be honored if received no less than two weeks prior to the start date of the course.
If a cancellation is received within two weeks of the start date of the course no refund will be given.
Transfer of your registration and/or substitutions for attendees are permitted at any time.
